Running sessions
The main screen is a board with all your headsets. Click a headset to launch or open a session.
Launching a scenario
- Pick a headset (it must be online).
- Choose a scenario and a learner.
- Optionally enable “Show hints” — in-game hints for the learner.
- Press “Launch”.
The chosen scenario loads on the headset and you see the live stream.
Scenario queue
You can queue several scenarios — they run back to back: as soon as one finishes, the next one starts automatically.
- Add — use the “Queue” button instead of “Launch”.
- Reorder — drag items by the handle on the left to change the order.
- Remove — the × on the right of an item.
The queue belongs to the headset and is persistent: it survives a page reload and is visible to all operators in the organization.
Switching scenario on the fly
If you launch a new scenario on a headset that already has a running session, the learner is not kicked out — the headset simply loads the new scenario on top. The previous session ends automatically.
Session controls
- Reset simulation — restart the scenario from the beginning.
- Reset position — bring the user back to the scene’s starting point (recenter).
- Abort — end the session early.
- Refresh frame — request a fresh live frame.
Show hints
The “Show hints” checkbox at launch controls whether the learner sees in-game hints. It is on by default.
