Quick start
What you’ll need
| Requirement | Details |
|---|---|
| VR headset | Meta Quest 3 or Quest 3S. Other Quest models and other headsets are not supported. |
| Wi-Fi | A stable network; the headset and the computer with the dashboard on the same network. |
| App | VRSim Training from the Meta Horizon Store — free. |
| Account | An operator account in the web dashboard — sign up is open. |
Step 1. Install the app on the headset
- Put on the headset and open the Meta Horizon Store.
- Search for “VRSim Training” and press “Get” — the app is free. Direct link: meta.com/experiences/vrsim-training (you can also open it on your phone or computer and press “Get” — the app will install onto your headset).
- Launch VRSim Training from the headset’s app library.
Step 2. Sign up in the operator dashboard
Open vrsim.training and create an account (“Sign up”). After signing in, create an organization — headsets, learners and reports belong to it. Invite colleagues under “Organization”.
Step 3. Pair a headset
- In the dashboard open “Headsets” → “Add headset” — a 6-digit code appears (valid for ~10 minutes).
- Put on the headset, open the VRSim Training app and enter the code.
- The headset shows up in the list as “Online”.

Step 4. Add learners
Under “Users”, add the employees who will go through the training. You’ll pick them when launching a session.
Step 5. Launch a session
- On the main screen pick a headset.
- Choose a scenario and a learner; optionally enable “Show hints”.
- Press “Launch” — the scenario loads on the headset.
You can queue several scenarios — see the queue — to run them back to back.
Step 6. Monitor and review
During a session you see the run live “through the headset’s eyes”. When it ends, check the result and the AI review under Reports.
